My name is Haley. During the first tri-mester
of my pregnancy I have had extreme nausea – vomiting up to 8 times a
day. I have been treated with Zofran and other nausea relief related
medications prescribed by my ob/gyn. When this was not working I
started looking for alternatives. After 2 acupuncture treatments the
nausea has drastically decreased and the vomiting has scaled back to
only once to twice a day. I am now able to get out of bed and
function at work. I was hesitant to try acupuncture; however, after
the results that I have seen I am now a believer.
